Johnnie is a native of Black
Mountain, NC and has a real love of the mountains of Western
North Carolina. Married for 36 years, the Whisnant's have
three children, Tamara, Stephen and Billy, and six
grandchildren, Allison, Will, DJ, Rebecca, Derek
and Justin.When they are not busy with events
and researching and developing new recipes, they find
time for work in their church and
community.
